The client needed urgent help to break down the backlog and tackle new features. They required developers and testers who possessed a specific grade and stack and could work full-time in the client’s timezone. However company’s talent acquisition managers had many other tasks, and the client's team leads didn't have enough time to review the work of new developers.
🙌 Solution
Skipp quickly assembled a team, conducted technical interviews themselves, and got people involved in the project on time. We also created a project manager who manages the assembled team, communicates between us, and helps set up the processes. The team included 10 developers and 4 testers who worked full-time and were in the required time zone. One of Skipp's Full Stack developers was promoted to team lead, which expedited the process.
